Good and safe location. Stayed in a room with private bathroom. The room was small, spartan, somewhat functional; Dalilesque. Bed sheets were not changed prior to my arrival; changed after I left a note requesting it.
GTIt was clean, and I heard the shower was warm.
Communication to get in was horrible. Story time: I recieved a message from booking well in advance that a passport picture was required to verify ID. No problem, I replied to that email as directed. A day later, another promp to send the picture. Strange. This time I sent it directly to their email address provided by them in the original message. Still no reply. I send more messages, trying to confirm, to no avail. By the time we were at the property, waiting to recieve the password to be let in, I still hadn't heard from anyone, but the room was already paid for. I messaged on whatsapp. Other travelers let us in so we didn't have to wait on the street. After asking for the picture again on whatsapp, and seeing it, it was still about 15 minutes before they sent the code, and they sent it in the booking chat instead. Never heard from anyone after that, but we were just glad to get in. The room was small and plain, but I was happy about it.. until I sat on the bed and sunk far into the springs. Gave the room away to a different traveler in the group and booked a nice place with a front desk nearby. So the person staying there wasn't the person in the all-important ID picture, yet no one was around to check, so I guess it worked out. Also, it was holiday season, so the price was double what it normally is. It's a fine place, but horrible value at the time.

The rooms were quite small with no place to put luggage except on the floor. Hooks and/or a small table or platform for luggage in the rooms would do wonders. Also, we never saw any staff during our two-night stay. It would be nice if staff hours were arranged to have whomever is in charge at the place from, say noon to 8:00 PM

No staff is on the property, Upon arrival waited 20 minutes for the instruction and code to get into the property. The area is so loud, with a mini market blasting music 24/7, and a chicken coop that will wake you up at 5 am. Walls are paper thin so good luck!
GBNicely presented, decorated rooms, roof top, kitchen, sufficient number of showers and toilets. Good location. Let us drop our bags off hours before check in (left in courtyard).
No staff presence at hotel. If you want to leave the window open with the fly screen (as no fans), you aren’t able to lock/secure the window so it’s easily opened from the outside. Nowhere secure to store luggage, just in the courtyard.
