"Super gute Lage!"

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Man ist wirklich sofort in der Innenstadt und auch der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt.

IL sistema di check in, nonchè le modalità comunicative. Non abbiamo ricevuto informazioni sul check in alla prenotazione, e per riuscire a parlare con il numero indicato c'è voluta oltre mezz'ora. Una volta ricevuto il link per il check in online - mi risultava non fosse più possibile la registrazione in assenza di personale, ma magari mi sbaglio - la registrazione è risultata abbastanza macchinosa.

Geen privacy!!! De kamer is met een code en blijkbaar kan iedereen zomaar de kamer binnen. Wij waren aan het slapen en in het midden van de nacht kwam er opeens iemand binnen. Dit is absoluut niet oke. We hebben dit gemeld en zelfs geen excuses gekregen van de host.
