Gassermühle - Studio Appartments

Beautiful location, not too far from Bolzano. Very peaceful. The room was small but enough for a couple, and very clean.

We had a very weird welcoming. There is no reception so we rang the doorbell and a woman came to show us the room. What we didint like is we didn’t have any introduction to the place, the rules, what to do in case we have any issues… we didn’t even know if there is breakfast served. After one hour we had a question and couldn’t find anyone to ask it to.

Beautiful place! We had an amazing view from our terrace. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere,where you can hear the lovely sounds of the river that runs right next to the house. Near a lot of important see sightings and passes. Has private parking and nice kitchenette supplied with all you need. The host was very kind and polite.

really lovely cabin that was accessible by car to the dolomites. Stayed here for 5 days to explore the dolomites which is a really nice place to hike in summer. Check in process was fuss free and the room was very cozy and comfortable for 2 people :)

The water in the shower was lukewarm, smaller bed.

Very comfortable house to stay, is near bolzano and lago di carezza, you can take the bus in the corner. The people there is pretty good people. I recommend a lot this place.

Good price/quality ratio compared to local standards. Close to ski resorts (by car Obereggen 5 minutes, Carezza 10 minutes, Pozza di Fassa connected to Sellaronda 40 minutes). Everything perfectly clean, including towels and bed linens. Very well used space - the room is small but you have everything you need including kitchen and all the kitchen equipment. Bed was comfortable, enough light for reading (small lamps above the bed).

We could not park directly in front of the house because of ice on the access road (but this is probably a problem only few weeks in year), but the parking space on the main road is not far from the house (it is only uncomfortable during packing and unpacking). It would be good to have some small room downstairs like a ski room where you could put ski boots and skis so that they get dry.

Staff is really nice and the room was comfortable. The whole palce is quite charming.

Nice room. Super kind owner. The heater in the room worked properly so it was really warm there, hot water in the shower.

Very small room and bathroom but everything what we needed we find there even the eletric kettle, some basic dishes.
