- Which door(s) to use is not clearly advertised. Keys located in a narrow alley and dirty car park space and skip around the back of the property lots of aimless walking around. - It’s NOT a studio it is a room in someone’s house, accessible only through a kitchen which has other people’s laundry hanging up - Room smelt strongly of smoke and the detectors were taped up suggesting the room was used for smoking, poor air quality which lead to my partner feeling unwell, when questioned we were told it was just because the neighbour was smoking in their garden but we hadn’t even opened the windows. - Bathroom / bin weren’t clean

Perfect studio, very clean and there have free car park, is most important. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location 30 mins walk to New Victoria hospital, which was my reason for booking. Comfortable bed, modern decor, fridge, useful studio kitchen area with modern fridge and ensuite shower room.

Room right next to communal kitchen. Luckily only a couple of people used kitchen briefly, but if more people or longer/late use, would have disturbed me.
