Tides building over the beach apartments

La ubicacion y la cercania del mar (primera linea de playa) También el gimnasio y la piscina.

Un poco lento el registro en administracion para recicibir el chip de acceso. El servicio de parking me resulto un poco confuso los accesos y el registro. La ausencia de una recepcion personalizada.

La ubicacion fantastica, el apto espectacular super comodo las instalaciones muy buenas.

Lo unico a mejorar es que estaban arreglando el edificio y varioa sectores lo cerraron y tenias que moverte por la otra torre para ir a la playa .

Clean and comfortable apartment.

I noticed that they don’t treat the pool, because it was salty as the sea. Another was the schedule of the pool, leaving the pool at 7:00 pm, even clear.

Property is good in the sense that it’s a good location (although not on the boardwalk). The view from the apartment itself is the best part as well as they have 2 chairs and an umbrella for the apartment with the photo of the lost card at the beach. The property is an older building and it’s more apartment style so not bad for families going for a long time, I would not suggest it for short term though.

We were only provided one trash bag during our whole stay, and the trash bag was one of the small just thin plastic ones that broke. The couch is a different one then the photo and is not a pull out but more like a futon. You have to pay for 1 week of parking for $100 even if you’re there for less. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t working. It looked good when you first walked in but it needed a lot of work. The flooring was coming up, the bed frames in the room were not doing well with some legs twisted, the sliding glass door in the bathroom doesn’t slide at all. There was no list of items that they did or didn’t provide on the it so when we asked for enough towels to at least have our family of 4 there and another trash bag we got told that renters have to provide their own things, which I wouldn’t mind if I knew I guess, albeit trash bags should be an item. There was also no covers for the futon bed or pillows for that bed. At that point, I didn’t dare ask the host after our last response. When we went to check in we also didn’t have our names on the list we had to wait for them to add us in. You pay $30 for 1 FOB that you don’t get any money back on but they ask you return it when you go give the parking pass. There is also no drinkable water on site. So make sure to bring your own. The fridge doesn’t have any.

Beautiful view. Clean Appartment

I would give 5 stars for : location and communication. The location is great, ocean front view. Also, it is very close to the Hollywood broad-walk. There is a nice coffee shop across the road. The owner/host was very nice and stays in touch with you 24/7 if you need something.

There is no washing machine in the apartment. The cleaning company does not do a great job.

No breakfast provided The pool area was spacious, lots of chairs but that likely was a function of the time of year.

There was miscommunication regarding beach chairs and an umbrella, we were told it came with the apartment but it didn’t. The hallways were not clean Carpet in the unit was stained
