USUSBeautiful condo very clean comfy beds loved the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the river..utv riding in falls park was exceptional!!..loved fishing museum showboat belle dinner cruise was great

USThe property was very nice, the balcony has windows but all opened besides one to a screen, has a fireplace/heater on the balcony that’s really nice during the colder months. Bed was comfortable in the room we chose to sleep in, and the property was fairly quiet! The owners were also very nice and very communicative!
The upstairs neighbors would stomp around a lot at night, it didn’t bother us a ton but you definitely noticed it laying in bed at night, didn’t prevent us from sleeping though! also the shower in the one room is pretty small but that didn’t really bother us either! The washer/dryer combo was a bit outdated and on the cold setting the water was hot in the washer, but still did great washing and drying the clothes. Also no smart TV just cable, but we were able to watch what we wanted on cable. Just minor things to be aware of, but nothing that we hated at all.

USUSClean and comfy condo….. great location near the edge of town by the marina. Lovely porch for morning coffee or evening drinks! The king sized bed was incredibly soft …. loved it! There is a jetted tub in case you want to relax after a big day of adventuring in Branson! We would most definitely recommend staying here …. the management is responsive to any questions you may have!

USUSThere was no breakfast we cooked our own. I love the condo and the location. The condo was perfect. We would stay there again. Wish the check out time was 11:00 it would be easier he leave
