"Clean, Welcoming and Peaceful Stay"

10.0

Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The rooms were cleaned every day with great attention to detail. The Housekeeping service was wonderful, such a sweet person — I would come back just for her. The young man at the Reception was also very kind and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, clean, and quiet stay.

One small downside is that the property is located a bit farther from the Medina and it is not a traditional Riad, which typically features an inner courtyard and a distinctive architectural style. However, this may also have contributed to a quieter and more peaceful stay overall.

"Safe, comfortable and well located Riad with kind and attentive multilingual staff."

10.0

Breakfast on the upstairs outside terrace was wonderful. The staff are an absolute pleasure to be around. Helpful and kind. The location is close to the old city/Medina and literally around the corner from the major and not to be missed Majorelle Gardens/Yves St Laurent Museum. taxis are plentiful. Local restaurants are 500m away as is a safe to use ATM. There are local shops and people are kind and courteous. If you want an upmarket experience then walk to the Gueliz area. If you want to experience the Medina, souk and museums they are all a short taxi ride away. And once you've settled in use the local buses which are fast, cheap and plentiful.

Nothing!

This riad is very nice, calming space, nice room and common areas. Also the rooftop is very chilling in the evening. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Overall very good experience. We book it due to the 5 min proximity to the YSL museum, but keep in mind it's 20+ min to the city center ( bus & walk).

Era fuori dalla confusione della Medina, raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione abbondante. Ho fatto una bellissima escursione con autista privato, super professionista.

Nulla, andava tutto bene. Forse un bollitore per l’acqua calda.

I rarely write negative reviews, but our two-night stay in Marrakech was such a disappointing and frustrating experience that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, everything felt disorganized and unprofessional. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, offering no proper welcome or clear information about the hotel facilities. We had to wait far too long to check in, despite arriving at the agreed time. The location was another major drawback. The hotel is very far from everything — far from the city center, far from the main attractions, and far from restaurants and shops. Getting anywhere required extra time and transportation, which made the stay even more inconvenient. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The selection was very limited, and the food did not seem fresh. Tables were not cleaned promptly, and again, the staff showed little interest in improving the situation. What was truly unacceptable, however, was the situation with the excursion they organized for us. We booked a desert evening show through the hotel, which included camel riding and a buggy ride. We were clearly told that the price would be 16€ per person. What now seems very suspicious is that they insisted we pay after the excursion, not before it. At the time, we trusted them and did not question it. However, when we returned from the excursion, we were suddenly charged 60€ instead. This felt extremely dishonest and deliberately misleading. It gives the impression that they intentionally waited until after the experience was over to demand a much higher amount, leaving us in an uncomfortable position with no real choice but to pay. To make matters worse, people in our group paid 150 Moroccan dirhams (around 15€) for exactly the same experience. The exact same excursion can easily be found on Booking.com or GetYourGuide for around 15€. This kind of behavior is simply not acceptable.

"Nice and comfortable place to stay"

Staff super welcoming and nice Comfort of the room Clean

Breakfast was very basic (no eggs or omelet) Not their fault, but I was awake at 2am because a group staying at the hotel was drunk and yelling in their rooms. The security guy should have calmed them down, but he didn't…
