Cleanliness. Location. Comfort.

Small but very comfortable, clean, well equipped, very close to the city center, with a nice view on the Armenian church

A wardrobe or a proper coat rack would be useful. The common areas of the building, particularly the stairs, are not well maintained.

Very bad lift . Dangerous. It stops between floors. We were stuck twice. Near very noisy construction site away from centre

Very dirty. They gave us a very dirty place Dirty bed sheets which were replaced after 2 hours on our demand to the owners. The guy who is charge of the cleaning put his face on the pillows to say that they smell washing liquid. Lier actor wanted to enter the room in his shoes . The were smelling dirty full of hairs . The toilet was dirty. Urine and hairs everywhere. The drain of the shower was full of hair which I had to remove personally in order not to flood the place and not to swim in foam. They had to pay me for cleaning up. In the cupboard dirty filthy plates with food remains stuck on them and hairs on two glasses. No towels provided just only asked no curtains hanged just only after asked midnight. Awful place. Avoid. The owner is a good person who I think has been cheated by cleaners. Otherwise if he knows and do nothing is gonna loose a lot

Very modern room and great location. Perfect size and was great for our weekend away

Nothing it was stunning

A quiet, clean and spacious room in a busy side of town, and the bed is comfortable. It was very central for my needs. Bus stop and trams, shops and restaurants are close by. 20 minute walk into Old Town.
