"Exceptional"

Very nice property. Clean and modern. Large room. Staff were all wonderful, especially Geraldo who went out of his way to welcome us at 2 am when we arrived. The place is located about 15 minutes walk from the tourist area, but was quiet and extremely clean.

Everyone at this was so nice. Bubbly wine served as we waited for our room and a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. If I return to San Juan I would stay again!

"Wasn’t enjoyable."

Location wasn’t bad

Our entire stay there was not a front desk person there and if we needed anything, we had to call another property for them to walk over. When we arrived the room, we were assigned looked nothing like the room in the picture so I had to ask for my room to be changed. Our stay lasted from Friday night until Monday morning housekeeping did not come one time and clean our room or change our trash. I do not recommend this hotel nor will I ever stay if I’m in Puerto Rico again.
