Liked the decor and the roof bar and pool

It was so hot and there was no aircon or fan and we were moved into a more luxury room due to our original room booked having a plumbing issue that smelt very bad.

Good location, stylish suit, very comfy bed, welcoming staff. The only thing I missed was a standing lamp, or any smaller lamp in the living room.

L'hôtel est bien placé au centre du Cap. La suite est spacieuse et contient tout ce qui est nécessaire. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel à la réception est agréable et arrangeant.

Loved everything, the rooms were cleaned every day and Staff was just lovely.

Breakfast options could be more diverse

Brilliant sized room with everything needed provided and exceptionally friendly staff with a great breakfast in the Wes every morning

Location felt slightly unsafe at times being approached by people on the street but nothing that the hotel could have done differently.
