SGSGThe location is superb with many eateries, food court, convenient stores around. Checking in was easy, following instructions given before arrival. The host is accommodative and very responsive. The apartment is reasonably spacious and clean, with basic amenities. Staying here is definitely recommendable.
The ensuite bathroom is without shower screen and floor mat not provided; so, it's messy when floor is wet. Would be great if a microwave oven is provided for the convenience of heating up food to eat in the apartment. Hope the host could consider providing this since previous guests have mentioned it too.
MYOverall satisfied with this apartment. Owner prepared booklet to give some advice & place to go in Batam. Simple effort but I appreciate it! Food shop, massage service, convenience store just walking distance.

The door is difficult to close in the morning, maybe because the timber panel expanded because of cold. It will be great to add hinge at the middle of main door to avoid this issue. Aside to that the whole 3day stay there is great.

Couldn’t find the extra blanket for the sofa bed till the last day of our stay. It was hidden in the drawer below the bed.
