Apartment was comfortable and very big It was clean, host is very helpful, check in process was very easy

The owner is completely unprofessional. We had many difficulties as of the beginning. Before the check in we paid to have an early check in. We were charged but the early check in was not possible. The official check in was at 3 pm but the apartment was not ready. The cleaning lady opened for us so we can wait inside. We finally took the keys at 4 pm. The other issue that we faced was with the towels. The owner was supposed to deliver us small towels and bath mats but he never came though. Also, the body towels that we had were completely new but not washed. It was disgusting! The owner does not communicate, he does not answer in messages and calls, and he asked us to be patient waiting for the basics. He does not have the expected respect towards the guests and he did not even apologize for all this inconvenience. It was such a joke! We dot not recommend it at all.

Great design and quality of the furnishing

Lovely apartment! There was a problem with the faucet - I forwarded it to the owner of the apartment and she accepted in a nice way to fix it
