Roma Luxury Loft

Nous avons passé une nuit au Luxury Roma Loft à La Giustiniana dans le cadre de notre pèlerinage sur la Via Francigena. Nous tenons à souligner l’accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, qui s’est montré disponible et arrangeant, notamment en récupérant nos sacs en avance. Malheureusement, l’expérience s’est rapidement dégradée une fois dans l’appartement. La salle de bain est en très mauvais état : joints de douche sales, plinthes décollées, parquet stratifié abîmé et odeur persistante de moisi due à l’humidité (l’eau s’écoulant en dehors de la douche). Le canapé et les fauteuils sont élimés, le frigo rouillé, et les charnières des meubles de cuisine oxydées. En arrivant à 21h, nous avons découvert des draps synthétiques inconfortables. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de les remplacer dans la soirée, mais cela reste un point regrettable. Enfin, bien que le logement soit situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, il faut tout de même compter environ 45 minutes de train pour rejoindre le centre de Rome. En résumé, un accueil attentionné mais un logement qui ne correspond pas du tout aux standards annoncés, surtout pour un lieu se revendiquant "luxueux".  

Visiting the area for a Wedding, property was located close by to the venue. Host was friendly and welcoming. Free on street parking available. Bed was comfy. Fast Internet. Quiet surroundings. Train station located nearby. Air conditioning worked well, but was nicer having the window open for fresh air.

Hot water ran out quickly when showering, this would be a problem if you’re travelling as a couple. Shower rail is loose from the wall. Hair dryer has a big crack in it, not sure I’d want to use in a damp environment. Bidet water pressure is so low that you wouldn’t be able to use it if you wanted to. Floor of the apartment is very grubby and needs a proper clean - walking around on arrival within 15 minutes my white socks were the same colour as the floor. Walls showing signs of mould/damp, lots of touch ups overall required and the sofa and armchair have seen better days - doesn’t suit the description of “luxury”.

The very friendly and helpful host made us feel welcome. Good location with nice local restaurants and all the facilities you could ask for. Very good!

Very Nice place for a short stay

The apartment was raked as a 10/10 , which we now undestand was probably friends of the host, because everything in this apartment was very dirty. Shower had a mold, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom, fridge was very dirty and had rust, all the dishes was unclean, with food and lipstick stains on the glasses. There was no clean sponges to clean the dishes, so we needed to buy one. Few towels was completely new with tags, so it means they wasnt washed after purchase. There was very heavy smell of air freshener. All the furniture was very used and needed a replacement or at least cleaning. Freezer does not open.
