"They canceled my booking from there end so In one word i can sum up is “Bullshit”"

Nothing. Cause I had my booking but they canceled my booking just before 1 day putting me in a huge problematic situation cause I refused to pay half of the booking amount in advance as there policy was “Pay When I reach Hotel”

According to there policy of pay when I reach hotel was a complete bullshit cause after my booking for this hotel prior near about 1 and a half month they kept asking for half of the booking amount in advance which I refused so later just one day before they just canceled my booking left me in distress and in a huge problematic situation and a huge setback in my upcoming trip.

"Can’t recommend due to mold and non functioning wifi"

It looked good on the outside.

We got a room that had a really bad smell and mold - so bad that we had to ask for another room. The staff helped out and we got another room that was better but this took time that we didn’t have due to meetings and being tired from traveling. The internet did not work at all and we tried to get that fixed but nothing happened. Not good when you need to work and have meetings.
