Grand Continent Anjuna A Sarovar Portico Affiliate Hotel

The location was good. Close to major attractions in Anjuna.

The place is good, but poorly managed. The service is non existential. I had ordered water at 1am. Had to call and wait for literally 45mins. They don't even have a lot of rooms. Next morning I call for coke and some ice. Again I had to call atleast 3 times. Imagine in a place like goa in a hotel, they don't have cold coke and the guy said sir, I have just started the ice machine after waiting for 15mins. During breakfast, the staff was so unprepared, everything kept running out and staff was in chaos. They were rushing things around like in a local dhaba. They brought out plates which were poorly washed with previous food particals stuck to it. Save your money, don't get attracted by lower prices. It is not worth it. There is a young boy who calls himself the manager of the place. He speaks well but lacks hospitality. Very blunt while speaking when under pressure. The place is literally run by some 20 yr olds.

The way it looks in picture and in real has lot of change. I do not recommend at all for that cost.

Then their housekeeping staff stole my iPad. Their housekeeping manager was cooperative but their staffs were not ready to accept that iPad was with them. My location of iPad was showing in their hotel and cctv also shown it was in hotel

My stay at Grand Continent Anjuna was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and I was given a warm introduction to all the amenities. They were attentive and always ready to help with any requests. I appreciated their recommendations for local activities and restaurants, which really enhanced my trip. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was generous and high quality, The on-site restaurant served delicious meals . I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Property is very nice and near to anjuna and vagator beaches

Invoicing is poor. However They did not hear any customer request.

Invoicing should be improved, Hotel must consider customer request.

The behavior of the staff is very good, I mentioned the name here - MR ANIL(DUTY MANAGER) MR SHAHRUKH(FOM) MR SAMEER(BELL DESK) , SURAJ, VISHWAS(HK BOYS).

Hotel rooms are very small
