Very comfortable beds.

Stairs a bit tricky.

The Villa is really comfortable even for a bigger family. It has amazing view on the sea. It is close to the shared pool that is dedicated only to a Residence / small district / not too many families (by the way mostly, if not only Italian which makes the stay even more interesting as you can enjoy the real Italian culture and style of living). The pool is quit big and is also mostly deep c.a. 3m but also offers one third of space which is around 1m deep and convenient for kids. Just behind the pool you can go outside and enjoy the sea. No sandy beach, mainly rocks but still a place to relax and use the energy of the sea :-) Owners are really nice and helpful. The villa has not been freshly renovated when we were there and for example has quite old air-conditioning system and kitchen appliances but it is well maintained, clean and arranged in a way that the stay is really comfortable and enjoyable including outside shower, 2 terraces with beautiful view and big space where kids can play around as well. At first we have been surprised that all bedrooms are in the "basement" or below main floor with small windows just below the ceiling but in the end the "living" area with large living room, convenient kitchen, bathroom inside and shower outside makes the stay very convenient as the time we spent in bedroom was just at night. Thus it even in the end has some positives as the bedrooms are cooler and more comfortable to sleep sometimes even without air-conditioning on. Definitely a place to recommend!
