Clérigos City Heart Flat

The location is the best! Short walks to tour start locations, main part of town, restaurants and bars. The apartment was well decorated. The host communicated well and met me to help with my suitcase up the stairs. There was a washing machine which is why I booked the place over others.

The accomodation is two separate rooms divided by a staircase. This was ok but you do have to be aware to bring your key every time you go between the rooms in case you lock yourself out. Unfortunately, during the first of two nights of accommodation I felt something biting me on the bedsheet. I thought originally it was mosquitoes so I made sure everything was shut. After the 2nd night staying, I woke up with bites all over my body. I then caught a plane to Germany after check out and was advised by the pharmacist it is indeed bed bites. It's been 2 days and my bites are still not settling down. This was the only thing that made my experience staying here very unpleasant. It is a great accommodation, clean, stylish and tidy however I cannot overlook my experience with the bugs and therefore can only give this score. I would still recommend this place, however the bed bugs situation does need to be resolved before taking anymore bookings.

The apartment is centrally located an within easy walking distance to many of the sites of Porto. The washing machine and kitchen facilities were great for our stay.

The description is misleading and makes it look like it is one large apartment, however the kitchen/living area is in a separate room across the public stairway and you need a key to access it. Also, the bedroom was extremely hot and only a fan and small portable aircon are provided which didn't really cool the room at all. Finally, it is very noisy from the apartment above and the street below, especially on the weekend with people in the street yelling loudly until 4am. Recommend bringing earplugs!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had to cancel after just one night due to a serious bed bug issue. While the apartment initially appeared clean and well-maintained, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. This was a highly unpleasant experience that left me unable to continue my stay. Despite the apartment's central location and modern amenities, the bed bug problem completely overshadowed any positive aspects. I had to spend time and money dealing with the bites and the possibility of bringing bed bugs home, which was incredibly stressful. While the host was apologetic and refunded the remaining nights, I cannot recommend staying here until the bed bug issue is fully resolved. If you are considering this place, I would advise confirming that the problem has been addressed before booking.

Location, the host was very nice, facilities in general.

Bathroom had mold, kitchen and living room are in a separate room, you have to go out of your bedroom to access it, not really convenient, as there are more people in the building that means you have to get dress, close the doors, etc. No A/C, and the windows faces a main street, so it's noisy if you open it. There's a fan in the room though.

It was very central

It is devided in two separate and locked rooms, so you need the key if you want to go to the toilet or kitchen. They dont mention it anywhere that it is separated, and you dont even can use the same key. It is very noisy, lots of trafic, and you need good earplugs to sleep.

The location is fantastic! Conpletely central. And such good price! Clean and the owner was very responsive and welcoming.
