Fabulous ground floor apartment.

Cleaniness and very understanding that we turned up early as our plans were messed up.

Lounge chairs not comfortable, paint peeling in areas and shower bit slippery needed bath mats in and out. Pre stay note about neighbour and parking put us on edge.

The property was beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, equipped and decorating. Well located for walking into Malvern and if I brought my boots you could have got up to walk on the hills easily. I was travelling with two older people with mobility challenges and the flat was very accessible for them. There is are some pretty views across roof tops. The road is quite steep which was not a problem for me but the others could only leave in the car. The car was parked on a less steep slope and so this was not a problem. The area was quiet. I really liked it.

Clean, light, airy, great facilities and well equipped with all the basics and more. Great communication with the hosts

10am check out was too early. Would have appreciated midday on a Sunday morning. Just our opinion. However we understand the need for time to handle a change over.

Lovey location and a well laid out flat.

Three things: the property felt damp, including the bedsheets which felt a little clammy against the skin. Secondly the shower controls are starting to come away from the wall. Finally the Wi-Fi was very weak around the flat.
