UMBERTO flat city center

Place was very close to city Center so extremely convenient. Check in was smooth.

The flat was not very clean, and had a strange musty smell almost like mold. The bathroom was the worst area, particularly the taps and the shower where there was a lot of rust. The door for the bathroom also wouldn’t shut properly. The pictures on the website were misleading and I thought I was getting a good deal because of the price. The postures also made it seem like you would be getting multiple bedrooms, but when we arrived there was only 2. This was not made clear. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this venue.

The location was great, the appartment had everything needed to cook. Ok for young people as there is a bar in front of the appartment and it is quite loud with the entrance door slamming over and over at night. Not recommended for Families with small children. Communication and tips were amazing!

Beds are very unconfortable and it's very moldy- the walls literally come off. New towels would be a nice touch-

Floors were very dirty and shower has not been cleaned for while. Mould around shower. Stairs to bathroom felt unsafe and a bit wobbly.

The hoster was very nice and helpfuth, she explain3d very well everything .

Not good clean, not natyral light, just one window , but no natyral light. Smell very bad even that the owner said to us before than we arrive ( we apreciate the honestly ) but it was also very humidity. No suggest for family trip

The processed images of the house have nothing to do with reality. Fortunately we were lucky to go late at night and leave at 6.00 am because our health was compromised. The house is a semi-basement which had moisture with cracked walls, rust, mold etc. Besides the house being in dirt, dead insects on the walls, stains on the sheets, hairs on the floor, dirty toilet and many more, what we couldn't stand it was the stench. The house really smelled like shit so much that we woke up with breathing problems. All our things still smell like home. This house is not fit to host a human being. It's a shame because our vacation was ruined because of them.

Loved the apartment, which was well-stocked with everything we needed. There is a real family feel to the building and we felt very much at home. Our host was kind and helpful and made us very welcome. The location is great for exploring the city.
