Deluxe King Master Suite

No amenities at all. No coffee maker, no Kleenex. no garden view, no free toiletries, no bathrobe, no iron, no patio, no hairdryer, etc. Bed sheets were old and pilled causing skin irritation. Only one table lamp on one side of the bed. No visible, easily accessible outlets near the bed to charge our devices. Owner said he would show up, 2 hours after we arrived and Never showed up. The mini fridge wasn't even turned on, even though I phoned him and spoke with him upon arrival. The air conditioning was not working in the midst of an intense heat wave, high humidity and dew points, feeling oppressive in a very small congested room was almost intolerable. Speaking with him on the phone, got us no where. He said that we'd have to wait until the AC would get to the point where we would feel cool which would be a couple of hours and it never happened. He warned us not to change the temperature setting because he stated it would freeze the pipes if we lowered the temperature on the thermostat. Remember, we were in the middle of an oppressive heat wave! Two rooms on the second floor of his home that he rented out, did not have any type of name i.d. for us to confirm our room. We were exhausted from the trip and he misguided us to the wrong room. He told us the room with the mini fridge that had the freezer attached, was our room, which turned out to be the wrong room. I paid for a king size bed with the larger room and ended up in a small bed with cramped quarters. There were no instructions on where to dispose of trash. Bathroom trashcan had an unworkable pedal and didn't open. Only one wash cloth and one hand towel. Front door opened into his living room and I was not told what area was out of bounds. He reprimanded me, as if I had malicious intent. This owner leaves much to be desired and needs a refresher course on etiquette when hosting tourists and travelers to his location. He was a non existent host and a total no show.

Best location, safe neighborhood, close to the metro stations, very comfortable bed and a spacious room.

Big, comfortable bed. Big, well equipped bathroom. Great, safe neighbourhood. Convinient metro communication to city center. As for cons: No coffee maker. or electric kettle. But i discussed it with place Owner and this should not be an ussue for future guests.

A very satisfactory few days. The room was very well appointed and met all our requirements. Would stay there again and highly recommend it to our friends. Thank you Mr Turker for providing excellent accommodation on your beautiful house.

Althougt there was a legit reason, we would have liked to be informed before our personal belongings had to be moved by the owner.
