USI went down to the hotel bar for a drink and dinner and the bartender was exceptional. She was very attentive and handled all of the people's food and drinks with ease. I felt welcomed and pampered.
A sauna would have been nice, but since there wasn't one, I found other things to do.

DEUSUSEverything! Very clean, breakfast was good, staff were excellent, bed was super comfortable, the room was a good size you didn’t feel crowded. I will definitely be staying there again if work takes me that way again.

USThe staff were very friendly and accomodating, as well as being easy to talk to. The location of the hotel was nearby some very fun places for activities.
If you're not an early riser like my friends and I, its very likely you won't be up early enough for the breakfast.
CAThe hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was the size of a small apartment. Very clean, bed was comfortable, the blinds were black out style, the staff was very accommodating. There was a hockey tournament going on in town so that meant lots of families and children. Staff ensured we were in a wing of the hotel to eliminate noise and ensured we had a quiet restful stay. It’s very close to the Great Lakes Crossing mall and numerous restaurants. We have told family and friends this is the place to stay.
