Room fire extinguishers started going off at five am for no reason, not one person, but was there smokes or vapes hotel? Pounded on my door and were quite rude and accused me of smoking in the room. that never happened i have literally never smoked in my life they were very pushy and rude and refused to believe in, and even after letting them come in to see for themselves it didnt smell like smoke. When they realized it didn't smell like smoke. They then switched to it smells like air freshener! Didn't even have any air freshener in my room at all.then I go to checkout and am informed they will be keeping the deposit hold on my card until they do an "investigation" and if they figure out it was a malfunction and decide to return it, it could take 30 business days to get it back.
CAWe have stayed here several times and will keep coming back. Great location, good price, clean and comfortable.
The only thing wrong was the shower gel bottle was empty and did not bring our own.
