No hot water

Did not try the breakfast there. But overall food was very good.

Sometimes there was not a single person at a reception. We checked in around 5/6 pm and around 6.30/7 pm no one was sitting at the desk, similarly next day also at some point when I went to the desk, no one was there. As a result they don't pick up the phone since no one sits there permanently. The lady comes and sits at the desk sometimes but there is no one sitting there permanently.

You expected us to pay the hotel for the booking and wait for two hours in the middle of the night to resolve our issue. Even then, the issue was not resolved, and we had to book a room ourselves. What is the point of this app? You charge a booking fee and still make us wait for hours.
