The cleanines was quite exceptional

The Toilet bulb 💡 was not working it was dark in our shower but anyway everything was intense good

Only the location… It was closer to the places we needed to be.

The whole bedding was so dirty … there were cockroaches all over the room. We could smell saliva on the pillows, the blanket in the cupboard was so filthy . Even prisoners sleep with better blankets. When we requested an iron and the ironing board they took an hour to respond and also we had to go to the admin and demand it. The guy who was next to our room was a smoker.. we could smell his cigarettes in our room midnight. People were moving up and down making noise. Where was the security??? Honestly we feared for our safety.. no one was monitoring the people moving up and down during the night. We were there for two days.. it was hell because were restless. We had to leave a note.. asking them to change the whole bedding and leave us with the doom for cockroaches. 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳

The lady chef has no empathy, we had requested for packed breakfast because we thought we were leaving early on the morning but it turned out it was to be later this morning and requested to now have the normal breakfast but she refused. We were 5 disappointed customers.

The staff are helpful and friendly. However, we had to wait abit for one of the front desk to seek more information with regards to the hotel check-in policies.

We were booked with SANDF members on the same floor and they were quite noisy.
