Very clean hotel staff is very couteous and helpfull.best hotel in town

Staff didn't give me VAT invoice in my company name.

need more floor carpets especially at bathroom door..

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Value for the money.

Location was hard to find and location not available on google maps. Poor or no wifi connections, had to come to lobby to access wifi. I had confirmed my booking by email, but my flight was delayed and had to check in late at 11 PM. But hotel cancelled my booking as no show and requested to make new booking at higher rate. Had to argue and finally got the room at the old rates.
