Room location, it was raining and I had to go up a flight of stairs outside

The renovations made my stay much more comfortable.

Only one bath towel and one hand towel. I had to clean the ac/heat filter it was clogged.

Place is a dump

Need to switch the beds, mine as well sleep on rocks

Loved that the new ownership was accommodating and professional. The bathroom had recently been renovated in my room and it was done fairly well! The housekeepers were also very pleasant. Smart TV gave me the opportunity to leverage my own streaming accounts. In room refrigerator & microwave. No bed bugs... I always check even at 5 Stars.... New ownership is already making investments to improve the property!

Room was a bit grungy, like people touched the walls with dirty hands all the time. Entry to the property is difficult to maneuver if someone is parked at the office to check in, so dedicating the second access point as an entry / exit and creating a full one way around the building and check-in lot would be safer on that busy corner. No coffee. Sink drain was clogged (very slow drain actually).
