The only positive aspect was the location, very close to the city center.

Unfortunately, our stay here was disappointing. The main issue was the heating. Throughout all three days of our stay, the room temperature was around 16°C, while outside temperatures dropped to even -7°C. Although I contacted the host, the advice given was ineffective. The only advice was to adjust the thermostat and turn on the heating from the shared hallway, which kept turning off and did not work properly for our room. The radiators were cold most of the time, warming up for only about 5 minutes before becoming cold again. After reporting the issue again, I received no further response. The room lacked several basic comfort essentials: there was no coat rack or hooks for jackets, no chair to place personal items and in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang towels or clothes except on the radiator. Another issue was a big window located directly above the bed, without any curtain or drapes, offering a direct view into the room. I attached a pic I took from the bed and as you can see, anyone could take a look inside our room, including the bed area, which resulted in a serious lack of privacy. I think that fixing the heating issues and adding essential comfort and privacy features could make this a very pleasant stay for future guests, because the accommodation overall has a lot of potential.

The apartment lacks some practical features. In the bathroom, there are no hooks for towels and no surface to place belongings while showering. Near the bed, there are no nearby sockets or bedside tables, which reduces comfort. The apartment is very beautiful, but it feels somewhat unfinished.

Localizarea cazarii este foarte buna, aproape de Piata Mare la doar cativa pasi distanta

Din pacate bucataria desi utilata cu electrocasnice, nu dispune de veselă sau tacâmuri. Nu am putut folosi deloc bucataria pentru a gati sau macar pt a pregati o cana de ceai sau cafea, din cauza lipsei de cani, pahare, farfurii, tacamuri si ustensile, tigai sau oale. Desi din poze stilul cazarii pare unul foarte neo-modernist, minimalist, am fost intampinati de o camera pe stil vechi unde doar patul este ceva mai modern, in care din 3 geamuri unul era de forma fiind de fapt un zid, iar un alt geam dadea in hol/casa scarii pe unde treceau restul clientiilor. Mai mult decat atat perdeaua care ar fi trebuit sa acopere acest geam era mult, mult prea mica facand imposibila acoperirea completa pentru a conferi intimitate, totodata de fiecare data cand trecea cineva pe hol se aprindea becul de pe scara care lumina intreaga noastra camera, astfel incat nu am prea putut dormi.

Centrala nu funcționa, au fost maxim 18 grade în camera. Este amplasat ciudat, unde este și un hol cu tomberoane și alte lucruri. Geamuri prin care te văd și alte persoane de la alte geamuri.
