Designul studio-ului

Faptul ca usa de la intrarea in cladire scartaia foarte urat si se auzea foarte tare in apartament fiind chiar langa ,usa de la intrarea in apartament nu e deloc sigura si se aude tot ce misca afara. Fiind o cladire veche si mirosul e unul specific, as apela la niste odorizante de camera

Curat , spatios

Cred ca locatia este în curs de reamenajare . Nimic în comun cu fotografiile de prezentare . Nimic pentru aranjat hainele de strada: dulap , scaune, etc. Cred ca nu trebuia încă închiriată sau redus tariful . Poate data viitoare va fi mai bine .

"Da muss sich viel tun !"

Wie schon einige andere Gäste geschrieben haben: Im Prinzip ein wunderbares Appartment, beste Lage, wirklich super restauriert / modernisiert, und der Gastgeber hat auch - auf meine Nachfragfe - für den superschicken Induktionsherd zwei Töpfe vor die Tür gestellt, aber...

...es fehlte trotzdem am Nötigsten: Keine Tassen (nur Espresso-Tassen), 3 abgezählte Teller, minimalstes Besteck, kein Küchentuch, Spülmittel, Flaschenöffner, Mülleimer (nur im Bad Müllbeutel), kein Wasserkocher, keine Nachttischlampe, kein Kleiderschrank (oder irgend eine andere Stau-Möglichkeit). ...Tja, so ein wunderbares, großes Appartment, aber Du bist gezwungen, aus dem Koffer zu leben. Man braucht Humor für diese Wohnung. Ich hab also Pfeffer und Salz gekauft, eine Tasse für den Tee - und mich an den exzellenten Fliegengittern gefreut... :-)

Proprietatea a fost, în ansamblu, satisfăcătoare. Totuși, s-au remarcat câteva aspecte mai puțin convenabile: absența unui șifonier s-a resimțit, nu era disponibil un fier de călcat pentru împrospătarea unui articol vestimentar, iar în bucătărie se regăseau doar câteva obiecte de bază (două pahare, două căni etc.). De asemenea, la duș, scurgerea era parțial înfundată, ceea ce determina acumularea apei.
