USThe unit was big, centrally located, and decently maintained.
The unit was on the third floor in a building without an elevator. For elderly people, this should be a difficult factor to cope with. Also, when I arrived there after a heavy rain, there was water dropping from one of the window ceilings. Finally, the closet space was not neatly organized in the master bed room, and the towels were provided at the minimum levels for a group of 6 people.
USIt was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect since it was close to Downtown Chicago and major tourist attractions.
