"Hôtel de qualité parfait pour un séjour reposant"

Hôtel très confortable, propre, avec une ambiance cosy et moderne. Piscine intérieure agréable. Salon avec fauteuils et coin billard. Bar servant tard le soir. Terrasse et golf à proximité. Excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant. Parking. Personnel accueillant. Honnêtement : un super endroit ! J’ai passé un très bon séjour.

Tout etait très bien. Il y avait un mariage le week-end de mon séjour et je n’ai nullement été dérangé.

Réception d’un mariage nous aurions aimé être au courant car les enfants on couru dans les couloirs jusqu’à 1h30 du matin pas top du tout….

Not much at all

- we paid £170 per room. The room price on paper in the window on rack rate was advertised as €140 - Wanted to check in at 12:50 if possible but was asked for €50 per room. -Open sugar packets in the room. -Shower tray not draining. - Water damage on the bathroom panels. - Door jammed on room and took 25 minutes to open. This was due to lack of maintenance. - The steak in the restaurant was tough as an old boot - Bar staff came after us to pay for Restaurant.bill like we were going to flee the country - there was a €250 per room, the bill was less than one room deposit.

"La qualité n est plus au rendez-vous!"

Service pas à la hauteur personnel de réception très peu agréable à arrivee. Équipement de la chambre lamentable, douche impossible à utiliser sans inonder la salle de bain, même pas une bouteille d eau une carafe à remplir à une fontaine dans le couloir ….a peine un 3 étoiles ! Novotel descend en gamme depuis des années et ce n est pas le lobby redecoré qui va changer la done Dernier point des uniformes corrrctes et identifiables pour le personnel séraient les bienvenus, comment trouver une serveuse avec un pantalon noir et un haut de jogging pour faire du service…. Du grand n importe quoi
