Location was fantastic for walking into Padstow, accommodation had everything that could possibly need, everything was clean and new, bed and sofa both very comfortable.

The break was a last minute decision and this property was a wonderful find. It’s quiet, close to the village, extremely well presented and has parking. I want to keep this property to myself rather than writing a glowing review!

A lovely, comfortable property with lots of extras to make it feel a home from home. Well located and an easy walk into Padstow. Great to have parking. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you for the cream tea.

What an amazing find. A very well equipped, cosy, warm, comfortable little cottage. Location, a 5 minute walk to the centre of Padstow, perfect. We would love to return very soon.

The property was decorated to a high standard. It was very clean and comfortable for 2 people. Jane and Geoff left some scones etc for a cream tea which was a nice touch. It was a short walk into the town so the location was perfect.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Sofa should be a second potential bed if possible
