La terrazza di Sant'Avendrace

Emplacement de l appartement est optimal proche du centre et très bien placé. A proximité boulangerie, bar, supermarché. L appartement est spacieux et calme avec une belle terrasse. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans l appartement. A notre arrivée une bouteille d eau, du café, des pastilles pour lave vaisselle etc.. vous vous sentez comme chez vous. Tout à été parfait. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement si nous revenons à Cagliari.

Great stay in Cagliari! The location was perfect, right at a bus stop with frequent connections to the city center. Despite being on a main road, the apartment was pretty quiet and had easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries. It's also very close to the necropolis of Tuvixeddu which is well worth a visit. Getting to Poettto was also quick and straightforward. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The kitchen was fully furnished and ready for cooking with all sorts of appliances you could ask for. The living room was comfy with a big TV (though we didn't use it), and the bedroom was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom had a great shower and even a bathtub. A washing machine was available too. The highlight was definitely the balcony – perfect for relaxing. Elisa, the owner, was super friendly and always ready to help us find our way around Cagliari. Overall, a great place to stay!!

If anything, then the outside furniture on the balcony could be more comfortable.
