“Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, we had to wait more than six hours because our scheduled check-in time was not honored. The room itself was in poor condition: many things were broken, it was not properly cleaned, and the mattresses were full of stains – absolutely unhygienic. The staff’s behavior was also very unprofessional. We were even fined for pressing more than one button in the elevator, although there was no sign or information about such a rule. In addition, after we accidentally damaged something, the management refused to cooperate and has not provided us with an invoice or receipt to this day. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel. Cleanliness, service, and professionalism are far below what one should reasonably expect from a hotel.”

Only positive aspect is beautiful view from top.

- First I waited one hour on lobby just to check-in with appointment hour. - Water heater wasn't working on first two days and when it worked water temp was still cold. - Swimming pool only with fee and when I asked for permission no access. - No toiletries and amenities even no toilet paper! - Apartment it's very dirt.. there are insects and hairs everywhere. - No AC in room. - Water was supposed to be drinkable but when I drank I got diarrhea. Communication was wrong just ignore all my issues. Worst experience ever.

Convenient location and nice view

No drain for washing machine.

Responsive and accommodative host. Clean and comfortable unit. The unit I got is at the 41st floor. The very top. UPPER PENTHOUSE :D With Alfamart and BDO outside so no hassle to withdraw and buy stuff

Maybe they just forgot to put a trash bin, but it's not a deal breaker. I still enjoyed staying at the unit.
