camera pulita molto bella con stucchi e molto spaziosa - dotata anche di cucina, bollitore e macchina caffè e un tavolo per pranzare - situato in centro e vicino a teatro donizetti

camera un po' fredda, ma problema risolto con accensione climatizzatore

Quando sono arrivato la stanza prenotata e pagata non c'era (anche se confermata qualche giorno prima dalla struttura anche telefonicamente). Il posto era in overbooking e ho dovuto arrangiarmi a trovare una soluzione alternativa (in una giornata in cui peraltro tutti gli hotel del centro - di qualunque fascia - erano pieni a causa di un evento podistico). Colpa di booking o del gestore? Chi lo sa... fatto sta che mi ha rovinato il soggiorno.
