Super cute place with lots of charm located right in the city center. Very local. The hosts were very helpful

It’s a great place but because it’s the city center, it’s loud. The trash trucks come at 5:45 am.

"Lovely property and very authentic."

Plenty of space. Great location and central in the old town.

Furniture on the roof terrace was a little tired and didn’t reflect the rest of the property. Some dead plants!

"Would like to have stayed longer"

Beautiful place to stay in the old town of Monopoli. Great rooftop. We got all our washing done. Clear communication and instructions. Would be good for a family with consideration given to things like a gate at the top of the stairs, a lovely little dolls house and games. Will be even better when the nearby beach restoration is complete. Highly recommended.

"The real Monopoli spot"

Rustic building in a busy and central location surrounded by several restaurants and bars. The property is a real gem. It provides you with full amenities to enjoy in and outdoors with a rooftop.

It can get noisy until midnight in festive and high season and starting 5-6am with store owners trashing bottles and working.
