They said I had to pay a £100 refundable deposit on arrival and I haven’t been refunded

Unfortunately very little. Rooms were quite big.

No signal on TV so could only watch BBC iPlayer. Shower filthy, no towels except one hand towel, and we obviously hadn't brought our own towels for only a one night stay. No oven gloves so had to use the one hand towel to remove a hot tray from the oven, and no tea towels either. There were random food items including a half eaten takeaway in the fridge and there was an inch of water in the bottom of the fridge. Also above a bar/restaurant which started playing loud music about 8pm, so we left as we couldn't guarantee a good night's sleep, and one of us was running the London Marathon the next morning. Whole flat looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Can't answer how comfy the bed was as we didn't bother staying the night!
