"Freezing rooms, poor breakfast, no soundproofing, but nice team"

Great team (Nora was wonderful!), pretty room design - that’s all I liked about this place

We were freezing in our two rooms. The temperature in our rooms never went above 19C, even after using the extra heating equipment. I had to sleep in my cashmere hat… breakfast, shared with many insects, was poor. Lighting in our rooms was almost non-existent. When I was taking a shower, the water got from hot to cold and then the electricity went off. No sound proofing in rooms on the ground floor - I could hear people talking at breakfast and reception areas , doors buzzing, etc

overall everything is decent.

The air conditioner I needed to heat the room didn't work. There's no place to sit with a book on the second floor. There's no kettle in the room.
