AMAZING OPEN PLAN LIVING

Absolutely nothing

We had booked this accommodation, albeit at 3pm on the day as we were driving down for an emergency, and upon arrival we weren’t given any instructions on where would be staying except a lockbox code. Upon arriving we were shocked to find 4 lockboxes at the property and every single lockbox with rooms were occupied at full capacity. We called the host 7 different times from arrival to get an update of what happened, and sent them text information about the situation to receive any updates and the host left us on read for 1 hour (allegedly on a plane??) and only replied to my text when we escalated through booking.com to state that they will “check our details” and I guess the host is still checking to try and find where we are as we never got any updates. This host is unprofessional, they should have taken more onus, had they double booked us in. We spent a total of 2hours 30 minutes just sat at the property without a clue on where we could stay, until booking.com sorted us out another accommodation. I would just AVOID this place. NOT suitable for families due to the incompetence of the host. AVOID AVOID AVOID

As we stayed for 1 night it had all we need - prepared beds, shower, towels, wifi, coffee. Plates and cutlery, fully fitted kitchen basically. Even when we left, our little boy desperately needed toilet so host kindly let us back in just for that! Everything was newly renovated and clean, nothing really to complain about. Parking was a bit further away from the house on the road but pretty quite road. Got instructions as well how to find the house so that was very helpful. All in all happy with it.

It was smaller than I expected and looked from photos but photos always might be misleading. For a 1 night stay it was perfect for us. As it was 4 of us plus dog, I think for few nights stay would be too small for us but that's just my personal opinion. Also no garden, although it mentions garden in the facilities on the booking app. Unless I couldnt find it as we arrived late and was dark and left early in the morning.

Its like a cozy little home, nice area and definitely staying here again.

There was a rip in the sofa bed but it didn't affect our stay this had only just happened on the weekend so it was understandable the place is great for a nice little getaway .

Convenience Quiet Bathroom

Sofa bed very uncomfortable with limited bedding. Curtains short, let in a lot of light from the security light. Did not go around then, so lack of privacy as can look through the end of the curtain straight onto a mirror which shows the person in bed
