Идея хорошая! Домик, вид.... Но! Нужно его сделать немного уютнее. Поставить стол и стулья на терасссу, что бы не носить из дома. Более качественное постельное белье. Над интерьером поработать и будет супер.
Шум от котла и потрескивание обогревателя, постельное белье(было чистое без запахов) но стоит поменять на хорошее! Про сырость в душе больше не минус, а обычное дело для Грузии

Voodi krigises ja madrats oli alla arvestuse,käterätil olid plekid,vannituba ujutas peale pesu ja polnud millegagi kuivatada,tugitoolid aukus ja aega näinud.Kui oled harjunud magama pimedamas,siis see pole see koht sinule,kardiad ainult alumise akna ees.
