Great location, close to everything. Facilities were very good, air conditioning, spacious, comfortable bed

Communication on arrival wasn’t the best, had to phone the WhatsApp number and eventually the owners unlocked the front gate. Once in we didn’t know where to go as an email had been sent to us though we didn’t receive it till later. We phoned again and the language barrier was a barrier so we had to figure what to do, the owners should’ve come down and explained entry to us which would have been more hospitable. The advert says a lift though there wasn’t a lift that we saw, apartment is on the first floor so there’s approx 16 stairs to the first floor. Once there there was a lock box with the keys intact so all was good. Balcony was in the 2nd bedroom so not user friendly and a mop bucket outside and no view. The washing machine and dryer I could not work out how to operate even with downloading a manual so that was disappointing so some instructions would be appropriate as no point having a washer dryer if it can’t be used. A small milk would’ve been handy to use for coffee. Also needed is an extra blanket otherwise all the facilities were great.
