I came to Kutaisi for a quiet break and that's what I got. I will come here again for my quiet break. It's located near everything and a minute to the sea and restaurants and shops all in a minutes walk.

Excellent place, the host is very hospitable, thoughtful, friendly and decent. He takes good care of his guests. The room is so clean and spacious, with great views. A balcony that you can see the mountains in the distance. On top of that there are many supermarkets, local markets, and cafes nearby. The beach just 500 meters away. I frequently go for a jogging. Quiet neighbors. Moreover shared the wine to me that he made, I would say tastes pretty good, I really enjoy my staying!!!
