Loved the outside space and central location!

Excellent location. Exactly as per photos and description. Great kitchen with equipment and basic cooking essentials provided. Lovely private courtyard and additional terrace with seating overlooking street to soak in the neighbourhood. Both bedrooms were comfortable with separate A/C in each room. Perfect for two couples or a family.

Nothing. It was perfect for us.

Beautifully decorated and clean appartment. Great location, multiple options for winery tours both in Montepulciano, and also nearby just outside. AC was turned on before we arrived. Bottles of water were provided in the fridge. Everything was top quality including beds, bed sheets, towels. Overall, one of the nicest place we stayed at in Italy.

More of an inconvenience than anything else, we had some trouble finding the recommended P6 parking which is the closest. Make sure to set your GPS for P6 and not the appartment itself as we ended up going around a few times driving on very narrow streets full of tourists. Once you locate P6, driving in and out of Montepulciano to tour the surrounding countryside and wineries becomes a breeze.

Wonderful stay and terrific apartment. Great location and lots of outdoor space. Sylvia, our host, was so helpful!

The location was central to our trip. Only full bathroom was newly done and nice.

Lack of Host contact. Lack of heat and excess humidity. No instructions. Implied two bathrooms. One bathroom, one toilet room.

The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms are a very good size and it is great that there are two toilets as well. The two outdoor patio areas are also lovely. The host Silvia was very pleasant to deal with and the house is in a great location.

The nice kitchen, dining area, and bathroom with a large shower, apartment, also has a lovely outdoor patio on both sides of the apartment with a locked gate that made us feel comfortable and secure. Excellent location inside the walls of Montepulciano. Sylvia is a lovely and responsive host. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The location was just perfect, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Our hosts were kind and responsive. Our stay was truly wonderful.
