Comfy beds, nice shower, decent size, friendly staff and an okay selection for breakfast. General areas of hotel lovely and clean but lots of dust bunnies in bedrooms, I think this was very obvious in my room as it had laminate flooring.

Room was cold, radiator was very noisy and kept me awake during the night - I did inform reception of this. Bathroom was smaller than images portray and whilst the hot breakfast was decent the drinks options at breakfast were lacking.

Nicely tucked away, yet only 20 mins walk from Kilkenny town centre; friendly, attentive, approachable staff; excellent restaurant on-site. While obviously catering more to work layovers and small conferences, a generally comfortable place.

A little tired in areas, some refurb and attention to room fittings (scratched mirrors, chipped sinks, etc) required.
