Le Grace Kovalam

I booked a stay at Le Grace Kovalam, Chennai for 12th May 2026. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear this was the worst resort I’ve ever seen. We did not even stay the night. *1. False advertising & filthy conditions* The rooms were extremely dirty with stained bedding. The washrooms were broken and unhygienic. Nothing matched the photos or promises made during booking. *2. Rude management & threats instead of service* When we raised these issues and asked for a refund, the management was rude on the phone. They refused to help and eventually started threatening us when we pushed for our booking money back. *3. We felt unsafe and left* Because of the threats and complete lack of resolution, we felt unsafe and chose to leave the property immediately. We lost the entire booking amount. I travel frequently and have never felt compelled to warn others like this. The property is not maintained, customer service is hostile, and they do not honor basic refunds even when the place is uninhabitable.

Bad attitude, though proving the booking.com screen shot, they not agreed for the mentioned price and collected 60% extra over and above booking.com tariff

Pool side was great It was fantastic experience, out kids were really happy and enjoyed ❤

Location since it was close to the ECR and the beach.

We reached the place on time however got the rooms after 2hrs of check in time. This was because the rooms were temporarily assigned to local couples who were using the rooms till the guests came in. I shouldn't use the word but it was no less than a brothel. I was embarrassed infront of my family.
