Cani Beach House

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt lekker. De kamer was ruim. Locatie prima en Grab is makkelijk in gebruik. Schoonmaak goed en een leuke vijver met vissen.

Er waren wat zaken aan onderhoud/vervanging toe. Trede van de trap naar het zwembad was doorgeroest, ook scherpe en losse tegels in het zwembad. Keukenkastjes scheef en weinig inhoud. Bad zakte ook door, dus voelde niet fijn om onder de douche te staan.

So why does this hotel get a rating over 9? I think I've figured it out, and this is going to be an objective, realistic review that I hope will help. First the good news -- the staff are great and the cleaners are exceptional. As others have commented, there is a lovely breakfast terrace on the 4th floor (great breakfast!) looking out towards the sea, and one floor above that is a sun deck with a swimming pool. The beach is just across the road. All that is true, and very positive.

Unfortunately that was let down by the room. We booked a 'deluxe apartment' with a terrace. Sounds great, and the photos on the website look stunning. The reality is that the room was tiny and dark. The bed takes up most of the space. The 'terrace' is just a closet-size space below a tiny, barred window (photos attached.) I also attach a photo showing the window from the outside. So why are so many people giving a 10 rating? Well, there is always the giddy factor, where they have such a great vacation that they score everything a 10. But it's also possible that they got lucky. Each room is different -- this isn't a standardised hotel -- so some 'deluxe apartments' are small and dark, others are a bit bigger and the windows a bit larger. If you pay a lot more, of course you can get a real terrace -- I think those are the rooms described as 'with balcony.' Unfortunately we were stuck, because no other rooms were available, and we couldn't even upgrade.

Frühstück war inklusive, Man konnte sich am Vortag aus einer Speisen und Getränkekarte was aussuchen, dann die Uhrzeit mitteilen wann und wo man Frühstücken wollte. Lage ist zentral , 2 min zum Beach und anderes herum ein paar Minuten und man ist bei den Einheimischen , Essen , Markt Cafes usw

Breakfast. Pool. Staff. Facilities in the room. Large comfortable bed. Such a great place to stay!

My first room was on the ground floor and was very dark with a pokey patio but the 2nd time I stayed I was in a lovely bright light room on the 1st floor with a great balcony!

Ligger så og si på stranden. Rent og pent. Veldig koselig hotel, hyggelig personalet, kommer gjerne tilbake.

This is the second time that we have stayed here! The rooftop pool and other rest areas on the floor below are relaxed and inviting! Great views of the beach and sea just across the road! The apartments are all tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with everything you would need. The girl at Reception was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome! The location is good as it is in a quieter part of town but still enough going on around locally for an interesting stay. Breakfast is served in your room which is great! If we come back to Da Nang we will definitely stay there again!

lovely and comfortable stay, comfy beds, quiet at night. staff were lovely. the breakfast every morning were delicious. just across from the beach, right next to some massage places and a lot of food choices.
