Not a single thing, worst motel experience I’ve ever had

It was very dirty, it reeked of tobacco and mildew, everything was stained, the walls and door was scratched, there were flies, and there were what appeared to be homeless people and/or drug users hanging around the property. Felt unsafe and not clean.

The listing states in 2 places that there is electric charging. When I arrived at the door, I had to call a phone number. When I asked where the charger was located, I was told there is no EV charger. I ended up going to another place in town with a charger and paid twice as much for the night. It is the owners responsibility to make sure that THEIR listing is correct. I expect a full refund.

Apology was made for the yet-to-be painted and filled pool. The substitute/interim caretaker arranged for a bag of ice, as the office housing the ice machine was locked, inaccessible.

Pool was not open yet Toilet paper holder was broken. Towel rod was broken. Lights over sink were not connected. Windows would not stay open, up- or down. Mirrors and windows were dirty. There was loose dirt on the floor in the bathroom The plastic wastebasket was dirty, under the plastic liner.

The pool was broken.they said they will fix it next year The man next door is a homeless person yells and screams all night. Banging on the walls and they did nothing about it. I felt very unsafe being alone.

Room was clean, warm, bed was comfortable, spacious for 3 adults to move around.

The staff was really good. The lady helped us for smooth and easy access. She was friendly and helpful.
