The price.

Check in was strange. Whoever was running the operation was living next to my room and smoked and was talking all night and day just outside of both of our rooms.

The room had an odd unpleasant odor. The bed was very uncomfortable. The door was also very difficult to open and lock.

Park in front of room. Single story building. Good size room.

Screen door. Outdated.

No coffee maker although t stated it was a kitchenette

The front lady was really friendly and helped us very much.

Great location , clean well priced

Location was great-close to good hiking and walkable to downtown Littleton. The room was very clean and seemed to have been updated recently. The staff was very friendly and check out was super easy-just leave your key in the room in the morning so you can get as early as a start as you like.

The air conditioner worked but could maybe use replacing

The playground and horseshoe was enjoyed by our kids!

The refrigerator….it wasn’t separated from. The freezer and it froze and ruined my salad lunch kit for our vacation the following day. The front door should have a cover to block out the light otherwise it’s quite bright during the bedtime and early morning/hours.
