AUArul was a kind and helpful man with any problems we had. He invited us to share a lovely lunch at his house on our arrival. We did change rooms to the 2 bed one downstairs with had 2 bathrooms which was very nice which I would recommend. It is in a quiet place which was nice.
We did have some intermittent power problems (that were resolved). some building upgrades and construction were going on during the day.
INRoom was neat and clean.
Non Ac rooms windows should have mosquito net. Bathroom must have exhaust fan or Air fresher like odonil.
