The property was fairly cleaned

The kitchen was not very clean and the property owner was not very flexible in terms of staying for extra 2 hours since we checked in at 12 am and he was quiet rude person.

Location: this is a newly build residential area, with incredible choice of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Location a bit far from center, but taxi ride was not expensive. We stayed there on our second night, choosing a hotel in center for our first night. Wouldn't think twice of booking Dar Kmar for the whole stay in Tunis next time. Everyth open longer hours than in center, felt completely safe, no problem with getting a taxi or finding parking space if required. Host was friendly, accommodating and helpful.
