"Disappointing and a very u welcoming enteyway."

The bathroom was nice

The property is tired despite the pictures. The sofas are really hard lack any cushion and are dirty. The radiator has burn marks on it the flooring appears to have water damage in the hall way. The bed is awful. It is 2 single beds joined by a sheet without even a topper on it. Really uncomfortable bed.

I have received a parking ticket for where the lady told me to park. I believe this is a council house that is being sub let They keep telling me to ignore the letters from the parking agency and now I have debt recovery agencies contacting f me! It does not look like the pictures and there is pigeon poo everywhere inside

Owners need a better key collection/leave in place, perhaps a key safe/code. Guests shouldn’t have to contact the owners to gain access via a mobile phone.
